Some statutes and regulations enforced by the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) require that notices be provided
to employees and/or posted in the workplace. DOL provides free electronic copies of the required posters,
some of which are available in other languages.
Posting requirements vary by statute and not all employers are covered by each of the Department's statutes.
Thus, some employers may not be required to post a specific notice. For information pertaining to each poster and its requirements, visit:
https://www.dol.gov/general/topics/posters.
In addition, the elaws Poster Advisor
can be used to determine which federally mandated poster(s) employers are required to display at their
place(s) of business. Posters may be downloaded free of charge and printed directly from the Advisor.
