Rapid Response helps workers with early steps to help find a new job quickly. Rapid Response services depend on the employer and employee needs.

These services may include:

    • Résumé Preparation Assistance
    • Interviewing Techniques
    • Labor Market Information
    • Stress Management
  • Information and Referral Services
    • Veterans Assistance
    • Remedial Education
    • Occupational Retraining
    • On-the-Job Training
    • Relocation Assistance
    • Trade Adjustment Assistance
    • Unemployment Insurance
  • Referrals to “Other” Support Services as needed
    • Crisis Counselling
    • Financial Management Debt Counselling

Rapid Response services are offered at no cost to the employer or employees. Other support services may be made available as needed.
