Employer's Report of Change now available online through Tax Services

The paper copy of the Employer's Report of Change has been replaced with an online form available through secure login to Tax Services. If you do not have a User Login ID for Tax Services, please click on "Show Instructions" at the bottom of the login box. You will need to create an Employer Login (or Agent Login - if applicable) and password. You will then be able to submit your Employer's Report of Change online.
