Workforce Partners
- Workforce Partners is a new program of the Louisiana Workforce Commission that recognizes businesses that are engaged in creating and deploying a “job ready” workforce in Louisiana. Companies receiving the award have demonstrated their commitment to supporting the workforce solutions of the commission.
- Levels of participation
- The program has three levels of participation:
- Associate
- Partner
- Investor
- Qualifying criteria are currently being finalized.

- Depending on the level of participation, businesses in the Workforce Partners program enjoy a number of services including:
- Free job postings
- Job fairs and networking opportunities
- Use of local office facilities
- Labor market information
- Online services
- Personal account management
- Procactive recruitment
- Training opportunities
- Publicity
- Businesses should contact a Business Services Representative at their local Business & Careers Solutions Center to learn more.
- Partner agencies
- The state’s new demand-driven workforce development system now under way integrates training programs, support services and employment services across government agencies into a cohesive, more efficient system.

- Department of Public Safety and Corrections
