For the information listed below, you must have your 7-digit UI account number available.

• To get your UI tax rate for the last four years, press 1-3-2-(account # 7 digit), (pause for verification)-1, (pause for collection of data)-2-1.

To obtain information on benefit charges if you are a taxable employer, you must have the claimant's social security number and batch number of the claim. (This information is available on your quarterly benefit charge statement.)

• You may continue to protest in writing or call the Experience Rating Unit at (225) 342-2977.
