Curt Eysink is the press secretary and special projects director for the Louisiana Workforce Commission.
Most recently, Eysink served as the director of marketing for Louisiana Health Care Review, Inc., a Baton Rouge-based healthcare improvement and medical management company serving federal and state clients. He was primarily responsible for all communications and business development and served on the company's corporate leadership team.
He previously was the city editor of The Advocate newspaper in Baton Rouge, with responsibility for local news coverage and the newspaper's Washington, D.C. bureau. He also edited political and state government news coverage and, before that, worked as a reporter covering a number of areas, including education and local government.
Eysink graduated from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge with a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism.
