Bennett J. Soulier is Chief Financial Officer for the Louisiana Workforce Commission. He previously served as interim Executive Director, Director for Workforce Development and Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to this, Soulier was the director of administration for the Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government for six years. He was responsible for the supervision and performance of the Department of Administrative Services, which included Human Resources, Records Management, Risk Management and Workforce Investment Board and Information Services.

Soulier also served as executive director of Lafayette's Job Training Partnership Act program from 1987 to 1998.

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Management in 1986 from the University of Southwestern Louisiana.
