BATON ROUGE – Employers can participate in the state’s first-ever Collegiate Career Fair, set for Friday, April 17, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Baton Rouge River Center. The Louisiana Workforce Commission is participating in the event, sponsored by the Louisiana Association of Colleges and Employers.
Employers will have the opportunity to network with college graduates from Louisiana and across the country seeking full-time positions and internships. A diverse group of candidates is expected to attend. The goal of the career fair is to keep Louisiana’s college graduates in the state by connecting them with employers ready to hire.
To register for the event, employers can go to www.laceweb.org/lacefair/. Employers with questions regarding the event can contact Greg A. Anders, 225-342-2934.
