Incumbent Worker Training Program to conduct expositions in West Monroe, Hammond and Tallulah

BATON ROUGE–Large and small businesses considering training for their workforce are invited to attend Incumbent Worker Training Program expositions from 9 a.m. until noon on Tuesday, Sept. 25 in West Monroe and from 9 a.m. until noon Wednesday, Sept. 26 in Hammond and Tallulah.

The training programs, available through the Louisiana Department of Labor, are designed to benefit business and industry by assisting in the development of existing employees through customized or standardized training for both large and small businesses.

Area training providers will also be available to provide information about the types of training they provide.

The Sept. 25 exposition in West Monroe will be conducted at Louisiana Technical College – Delta Ouachita campus at 609 Vocational Parkway in West Ouachita Industrial Park.

The Sept. 26 exposition in Hammond will be held at Hammond Conference and Training Center at 1711 Nashville Ave. and in Tallulah at Tallulah Community Center at the corner of Beech and Neal Streets.
