Operation Restore Pride job fairs to target Banks and Scotlandville communities

BATON ROUGE – Employers will meet with job seekers during Operation Restore Pride job fairs in the Banks community on June 26 and in the Scotlandville community on June 28.

The job fair in Banks will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 26 at Community Bible Church at 1729 Monte Sano Ave. The event in Scotlandville will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, June 28 at Greater Mt. Carmel Baptist Church at 1414 Sora St.

Job seekers should bring copies of their résumé and come dressed for success.

Operation Restore Pride job fairs are sponsored by the office of Mayor-President Melvin L. “Kip” Holden.
