Notice of Public Hearing on Utilization Review Rules

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Louisiana Workforce Commission’s on MONDAY, JANUARY 30, 2012, 9 A.M., at the LWC Training Center, 2155 Fuqua St., Baton Rouge, LA 70802. The public hearing will be held to obtain views on the utilization review rules for workers’ compensation.

The proposed amendment to the utilization review rules, will establish the process and procedures by which utilization review is conducted in light of the recently enacted La. R.S. 23:1203.1, which mandates the use of a medical treatment schedule.

The public and interested parties are invited to attend.
