Satellites Unlimited Looking to Hire and Willing to Train
Job fair set for Jan. 13

A job fair will be held Friday, Jan. 13, for Satellites Unlimited Inc., which is looking to hire career-minded people to train for satellite television technician positions in the Monroe area.

The event, sponsored by the Louisiana Workforce Commission, will take place from 9 a.m. to noon at the Ouachita Business & Career Solutions Center, 1162 Oliver Road, Ste. 9, Monroe. The job fair is free and open to the public.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. Technicians must pass a criminal background check and drug screening. Applicants must have an acceptable driving record with a valid driver’s license. Individuals hired will work full-time, including weekends and should be able to perform physically demanding work indoors and outdoors.
