Notice of Redistricting: Workers' Compensation
Effective Monday, Nov. 15, 2010, St. Landry and Evangeline parishes will be moved from Workers’ Compensation District 2-Alexandria to District 4-Lafayette.
All workers’ compensation claims where venue would be proper in St. Landry or Evangeline Parish pursuant to L.S.A. R.S.23:1310.4 will be filed in District 4 beginning Nov. 15, 2010.
