Rob Roux
Rob Roux has served as an attorney for the Louisiana Workforce Commission for more than 22 years, dividing his time between the Office of Regulatory Services, the Office of Workforce Development and Human Resources. Rob is a member of the LWC Policy Team concentrating on all state and federal workforce development matters, including the drafting of agency policies, state legislation, and state regulations.

Tala Voosoghi
Tala Voosoghi is an immigration attorney at Elmore Griffin. She moved to Lafayette from New York City in September 2013 and launched Elmore Griffin’s Immigration Law Practice. Her immigration experience includes employment visas, family visas,employment-based green cards applications for employment authorization, replacement and renewal of green cards, I-9 audits and e-verification, deportation/removal hearings, naturalization and more.
