- These are the results of an employer-based survey on job vacancies existing within Louisiana
companies. The Vacancy Survey covers all eight Regional Labor Market Areas (RLMAs) in Louisiana
as well as Statewide totals. The results contribute to our understanding of workforce supply and
demand levels and help to identify areas where labor shortages exist.
