Funds may be dispersed only after a contract has been approved by LWC. No funds spent on the project prior to the Executive Director's approval will be considered eligible for reimbursement. Any work performed prior to the contract approval of LWC is performed at the risk of the training provider. Should LWC's approval of the contract not be obtained, payment for any work performed by the provider may not be rendered by the state.
